One layer though Topaz Simplify and a couple of paint on canvas textures works wonders Tami. I'm annoyed that Adobe removed the oil paint filter from the latest version of PS CC, it would have been perfect for this. But of course in PS there are a million ways to achieve a given end. Adobe removed the oil paint filter from the latest version of Photoshop so Topaz simplify and textures to the rescue on this one. Thank you kindly Robin-Lee, super much appreciated!
