Description
Yes, it’s another picture of the 70 year old British and Canadian Avro Lancasters flying together during the Summer of 2014 when the Canadian flew over to Blighty for a visit. The world’s only two airworthy WWII Lancaster bombers were together for just a very brief and historical time. Opportunities to photograph the two iconic aircraft were few however as time was made even shorter by engine troubles that put the Canadian bomber out of commision for much of her stay in the UK.
Aircraft captured at Dunsfold Air Show in the UK with a Canon 5D MKII fitted with a Tamron SP 150-600MM F/5-6.3 Di VC USD lens.

I come back from the airshows with thousands of shots so it's a great exercise for my imagination to pick the ones to work on and decide exactly what I'm going to do with them! Creating the right background for each one is always fun. I'm super pleased that you enjoyed this one Meg, thanks very much, cheers
